We offer a variety of holistic health and wellness services, all geared toward curating a customized wellness experience, perfect for each client's needs! All energy and sound healing sessions are available either in-person (Rochester, NY) or virtually, by appointment ONLY.

In-Person sessions will take place in my own healing space. The address will be provided upon confirmation of payment. Please plan on arriving 5-10 minutes early to your scheduled appointment time. 

Virtual/Distance sessions can take place via phone call, video call, or through scheduling a time where the client and practitioner have the session while at separate locations-- depending on which service is being received. As always, whatever is most accessible and comfortable is best!
